Sully AI
Problem
Sully needed to make a complex healthcare AI platform feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand across both product and marketing. The challenge was balancing clinical credibility with a modern AI experience without making the brand feel overly technical or generic.
My Decision
I focused the experience around clarity, confidence, and human-centered storytelling. Rather than leading with AI complexity, I structured the product and website around the real value for healthcare teams: reducing administrative work, improving workflows, and creating more room for care.
What I Built
I worked across the product experience, website, brand system, interface patterns, visual storytelling, and scalable design components. I helped create a cohesive system that connected the clinical product, company narrative, and digital brand.
What Changed
The experience became easier to understand, more cohesive, and more credible for healthcare audiences. Product, brand, and marketing began to feel like one connected system rather than separate touchpoints.
