Information you provide
The shared contact form collects your first and last name, email address, and description of what you need. Other inquiry forms may also collect company, location, service, budget and timeline. If you contact us from a workflow or chat, that context may be included in your message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Website assistant
Questions submitted to the website assistant and an optional contact email are saved as inquiries for Global Creative. When enabled, Resend also delivers contact-form notifications to adrian@globalcreative.co. When enabled, OpenAI processes the conversation to generate replies and Resend delivers inquiry notifications to our team. The assistant provides service information; do not submit sensitive information. Automated replies may be inaccurate. Resetting the chat clears the visible conversation, but does not delete inquiries already submitted.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to you, discuss potential work, and manage related communication. It is stored in the site’s hosting database. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and preferences
The site uses local storage to remember your booking-content preference and session storage for interface continuity, including testimonial selection and returning from legal pages. Hosting services may use necessary security cookies. The current application does not add advertising or cross-site analytics trackers and does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party services may have their own tracking practices. The optional Cal.com calendar loads only after you allow booking content; it may use cookies and process information under Cal.com’s own privacy policy. Opening an external booking link takes you directly to that service.
Sharing and retention
Service providers supporting hosting, storage, security, and scheduling may process data needed to provide those services. Inquiry details are retained for communication and legitimate business records, and can be reviewed for deletion on request. Contact us with questions about storage, sharing or deletion of your inquiry.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing adrian@globalcreative.co. You can change your booking-content preference using Cookie settings. Rights may vary based on where you live.
